Is there a way to via the USB connection or network connections to create a backup file to save all the settings/network configuration/etc settings to for a quick reset if the needs arises for a factory reset and then not having to manually re-enter all your settings and information?

Hello @Sean Fox(PAWD) ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

There is no Backup as per se

What you can do and use is Poly Lens which is a free server in the cloud and use DHCP provisioning which will automatically download the configuration you defined after a factory reset is required

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
