I have a client who has tried to communicate a HDX 6000 with an old ViewStation.
When the calling come from the VS the communication is successful, but when the HDX is calling doesnt connect.
Someone knows why it happens and how it could fix it? Thanks to all

Try turn on Diagnostic mode in HDX: - System->Admin Settings->Network->Call Preferences, p 2-37 of Admin Guide, but quality of a call will be very poor.....
