Hello.
post above.
I have already put what had changed to enable encryption on the H.323 protocol.
I'm using the latest version 3.3.
We use the enterprise mode, and the connection is made using the SIP, but already tested with H.323. We use external links but authenticated gatekeep.
Infrastructure.
DMA: 6.0.2
RMX 2000: 7.8.0
Resource Manager: 8.3.0
HDX codec 6000/7000: 3.1.2-35267
Thanks for your help.

I am not sure but i was so long when i tried this feature.
I think encription is not supported by RPD(Realpresence Desktop) & RPM (Realpresence Mobile)
you can cross check to connect call between RPD to RPD and RPD to RPM

Hello.
I looked into Manais devices, and given that support for encryption. Using TLS protocols for SIP.
I will again look in the manual to make sure I'm not mistaken.
Thank you, and if you have other information that could help I would appreciate it.

Yes, that's right.
With endpoints already can do criptogradas calls using the H.323 protocol, but not with SIP. I did a test with endpoint calling via SIP and not I close an encrypted call this protocol.
The difficulty being the SIP protocol, is now know what to change to get the encrypted call.
Thank you, if you discover to to help me thank you. If you can I post here.

Hello Saulo Correa,
I had already replied to you other post => here <= and it seems you found your fix for it so I and other community members would be grateful if you could specify what you changed to get this working.
For this new post here it would be of interest if the RPD is in standalone or hosted mode, what version of RPD and if this is H.323 or SIP and if these are external WAN or internal LAN calls.
Please provide details about the infrastructure and their software version.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

To make calls encrypted RPD and SIP, it is necessary to enable the Resource Manager functionality. Follow the options below.
Endpoint -> DYNAMIC MANAGEMENT -> PROVISINING PROFILES (CHOOSE THE PROFILE NAME IN THE NEXT ABA), EDIT -> SECURITY SETTINGS -> CHOICE BETWEEN THE OPTIONS (OFF, WHEN AVAILABLE, ETC ...
OBS .: In the RPD latest version enables encryption is if the room needs, the endpoints change is needed in your settings.
