Hi, I am Majid hussain from Pakistan. I have Polycom Group 500 Video Con. My issue is that when i power it on then only blue light is blinking and no other display is showing. Software version is 6.1.0.1
Kindly suggest me solution.

Hello Majid,
1.Has a different power cable tried? (if available)
2.Have all the components been disconnected ? (Mics, Camera,Network Cable, ETC.)
3. Have you rebooted after disconnecting all the components?
4. Has a full factory Reset been done ? (if not done before)
