Okay, bear with me!

 

Using an older model Benq projector and hdmi to vga adaptor, I have connected our Real Presence Group 500 to hdmi output 2 but I'm getting a black screen. I know it's detecting it because as soon as I plugged it into the HDMI port the projection changed from NO SIGNAL to the aforementioned black screen.

 

Will this ever work? I don't want to have to upgrade our projector and it seems like there's a chance this will work the way I want it to.

The RealPresence Group Series supports HDMI output.  If the device supports HDMI then the GS should be able to connect to it.

 

Please make sure that the software on the Group Series is up to date as we have been improving all parts of the software with each release.
