Hi

 

Im writing a script to perform a weekly reboot of our HDX unit and associsted touch panel.

 

I have completed half the script and have a working version that could be called to reboot the HDX, but I cant figure out how to connect remotely to the touch panel.

 

Is this possible? (perhaps telnet?)

I'm afraid there is no way to remotely access the Polycom Touch Control panel.

Thanks for your help. Perhaps in a later revision............

 

For anyone else who is interested Im going to get around this but scripting disabling/enabling the POE on the switch port the touch panel is connected to.

I am trying to crete a script to reboot all my group series... you mentioned in this post that you have creatd a script successfully. I was wondering if you posted this script somewhere or can pint me and other possibly in the right direction.
