Audio Output to Studio with Visual +

Is there any option to direct the audio output from a call to the Studio when connected to a Visual +?

From the Trio there is only the Trio speaker option / TV Speakers or switching between the 2 depending on the type of call but nowhere is there an option to leverage the Studio. Any ideas would be welcomed. Thank you.

Usage of Poly Studio with a Poly Trio running UC Software 5.9.0 or 5.9.1 is classed as Sandbox and therefore not officially supported.

check the Trio's 5.9.1 AC release notes:


PolyStudio Video Bar

This release provides experimental support for the PolyStudio video bar as a USB camera when connected to a PolyTrio Visual+ accessory that is paired with a PolyTrio 8500 or 8800 system. The microphones and speakers of the Poly Studio Video Bar are not used by the Poly Trio system for audio.

 

As a workaround you can connect the Visual+ line out to the 3.5mm line in of the Poly Studio and configure the audio output of the Trio collaboration kit to Visual+ for video calls only or for both audio/video calls.
