This unit is connected to two cameras, document scanner and also two PC's and a laptop.  Everything is clear and sharp with the exception of the Data being sent, such as a Powerpoint or the screen.

 

Any ideas?  I have ran through the settings and not seen anything odd or off.

Sounds like the output is being displayed through an NTSC monitor rather than VGA.  The VSX7000e has a VGA input and output so if the local display is clear and sharp and what what you are sending is fuzzy then the display at the far end is in question. Are they capable of displaying on a VGA monitor? Or are you sending it as a People Source rather than Content Source.
