I searched a lot but didn't find a solution for my prob.

Some other users have same problem.

I didn't find a way to set the brightness of the camera to maximum.

Ther is no entry in the webinterface, on the camera nore in the config tool.

Found something by changing the config xml files but that is not documented clearly.

Can anyone help me solve this problem ?

There is no camera brightness adjust available on the CV 5x00 products.

If there is a requirement for that please contact your Polycom sales team and work with them to do a feature enhancement request so this can be evaluated for a future release.
