Is there anyway to increase the speaker framing speed of poly X50? just like we had on Poly Studio.

Also the speaker framing in Poly X50 is not as good as in poly Studio.

  • What Software are you using?
  • What mode are you using the Studio X in aka native Poly OS or Zoom, MS Teams or any other flavour?

We are on the latest firmware release 3.2.

We use Poly OS and Device mode.

I checked internally and at present, this is not a feature for the Studio X series. I suggest you work with a Poly reseller to raise this as a feature request if this is something you need.
