API on New EagleEye IV USB

My customer want to have more preset positions than just 1 button on remote control. Does new EE IV USB has API control over LAN? Where can I find such information?

The cameras are controlled from the API of the codec, they do not have their own API that is available.

The API is fully define in the Integrator's Reference Guide available on the support web site at www.polycom.com\videodocumentation 

Then go to the GS system you have and look for the IRG in the admin section of documents.
