802.1x HDX7000

Hi all
Im having an iuus trying to setup 802.1x on and HDX7000, we have various logs and packet captures.  

The firmware is 3.1.11
The network switch is a cisco 2960x
THe authorising server is MS 2008r2 NAP

Autherntication type is peap mschapv2

The authorising server is a windows 2008r2 server and its log show authentication being successful, the polyom then reports EAP Authentication Failed.

On the packet capture side it does it EAP request and response,
certificate request
response protected-eap
certificate client key exchange
change cipher spec
The problem occurs during the Application data transfer for TLSv1 after that point.

There are six application data exchanges from tlsv1 before there is an eap failure, it tries a dhcp discpver then starts again.

Any ideas appreciated
