We have the following equipment: G7500, Director II with 2 Eagle Eye IV Camera's connected to two 86" tv's setup as a zoom room. We want the "Classroom" configuration where there is a third camera at the back of the room facing toward the presenter. Idea would be to switch manually between the back camera and the Director II. We can view the Eagle Eye IV HDCI camera when manually clicking switch but are unable to get the camera to pan, tilt or zoom as the settings are unavailable. What do we need to do to get this to work?

Hi @ it@fairlygroup.com,

USB and HDCI cam in parallel doesn´t work. And in addition, support for two cameras is not officially announced/supported for G7500.

Mshu,

Thank you for the reply. We have a Director II and a Poly Cube camera connected to the G7500 and functioning as expected. The Director II is in the front of the room capturing the audience and a Cube camera in the back of the room. We're able to switch and control either camera in the front (Director) and rear (Cube) with zoom. It work's really well but the rear camera could be better.

Our hope is to upgrade the Cube camera to something comparable to the Eagle Eye 12x cameras on the Director II.

Hi it@fairlygroup.com,

Do you try to use Eagle-Eye director II with usb, and Eagle-Eye 4 12x with the HDCI connector.

or a Eagle Eye 4 USB 12x camera with Eagle eye director 2

Looks interesting on the setup. Will try it if have chance.
