3 way IP video conference call

Meeting scheduled for 3 offices to connect via IP.

One office to show presentaion and have the speaker on show in the other 2 offices via the PIP window.

Testing this today we've found that the 2 sites recieve an image of all 3 sites in their PIP window.

Any ideas on settings for each unit to ensure this works out?

Units are all Polycom VSX7000

It sounds like you have the multipoint mode set to "Discussion."  For the type of behavior that you are talking about, it would need to be set to presentation.
