3 identical rooms all with Crestron Control using the same code.  1 room codec gets the sleep command from the Crestron at a given interval but the camera remains pointing forward.  All cameras are connected using HDCI Breakout cables & YUV on BNC + RS-232.

If you swap cameras between rooms this behaviour always only occurs in this room.  HDCI breakout at the codec end has been "buzzed out" with a Multimeter & found good.  Same is not possible at the Camera end as it's behind a wall now.

Does anyone know exactly what each pin in an HDCI does?

Is there one pin that is responsible for relaying a sleep command from the HDX?

Or is the sleep command on the same pin as a s/w steam with all other camera commands? (All other camera movement commands from Crestron work OK).

Removing the Crestron & letting the HDX go to sleep on it's own still doesn't make the camera face rearwards even though the HDX clearly does go to sleep.

Very odd.

Is the software the same on all the codecs?  Is it upto date?

All the cable pinouts are defined in the IRM (Integrator's Reference Manual) which is on the support web site (www.polycom.com\videodocumentation).  The sleep command is part of the commands between the codec and the camera and not on a separate wires.
