We have 2 HDX7000 systems in 2 different rooms. Everything works fine when we call to other location, but one location is strange. 1 system cannot see the far side, but when we call from system 2, we can see the far side.

 

I\We have no idea what is going wrong.

Answer: Please check the relevant release notes or admin guide for your device under the section “Inbound and Outbound Ports” or "Port usage" => here <= in order to open the relevant firewall ports.

Plese make sure firewall ports are open. in security mode AES encryption is When available and diffserv value is set to 34 for audio/video and data.
