Hi, i have a 5200 headset, fw version v.513 (product id 0130) this was working perfectly until a few days ago, then it stopped working when i try to use it on my mobile phone to make normal phone calls, however it works perfectly using web based, apps, like snapchat or watsap i have tried another 2 phones, same result. i have restored defaults and still no joy.
any ideas?
