Hi
I got this headset as a replacement for my old plantronics headset. I was told at the purchase point that I would be able to adjust sidetone through the Plantronics Hub.
When I select ringtone/volume, I don't have any sidetone options. This headset is useless to me without a sidetone.
Please advise. Also, very upset with respect to how difficult it is to get any help with this.
