Hi all,

This is my second set of Plantronics Blackwire 3220 headphone where suddenly Windows and Zoom will tell me it cannot detect the microphone. I can hear just fine, but no one can hear me. I've tried rebooting to make sure no other application like Teams or GoToMeeting is using the microphone, I've unplugged the USB cable and plugged it into another USB port, I've pressed the mute to mute and unmute but Windows and Zoom don't detect it. I am wondering if this is a known issue or if I need to buy a third pair.
