Voyager 4300 UC stopped working to complete calls in Outreach

My headset was working just fine until yesterday. It says that it is paired to computer, but I have no audio and mic doesn't work when trying to make calls in Outreach online. Audio and mic are set to default to the headset, so Im not sure why it stopped working. I have updated my headset in the desktop app and still nothing.

Re: Voyager 4300 UC stopped working to complete calls in Outreach

It sounds like there may be an issue with the audio settings on your computer or with the Bluetooth connection between your headset and computer. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: Make sure that your headset is charged and turned on. Check if your headset is connected to your computer. If not, try pairing it again. Ensure that your headset is set as the default audio and microphone device in your computer's audio settings. Restart your computer and your headset. Try using your headset with another device to see if the issue is with the headset or the computer. If the issue persists, try resetting your headset to its default settings. If none of these steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your headset for further assistance.
