Hi

We use the Samsung A53 for our staff and i am having issue finding an adapter that will work with the Blackwire 5210 and the C3225. We have tried just a 3.5mm to USB-C adpater and a USB A to USB-C adapter and both of these do not work.

Is there an adpater that will work with the Samsung and Blackwire headset or is there a setting on the phone that we are missing for the headset to work?

Thanks for your help

  1. If you're using a USB A to USB-C adapter, it may not work with the headsets if they require digital audio or additional power. USB-A ports typically provide less power and may not support the necessary functionality. Consider using a USB-C to USB-A adapter that is explicitly designed to support audio and microphone capabilities.

  2. Headset compatibility mode: Some headsets have compatibility mode settings that need to be adjusted for specific devices. Check the user manual or documentation provided with the headsets to see if there are any settings or switches you need to toggle for compatibility with certain devices like smartphones.

  3. Samsung A53 settings: Check the audio settings on your Samsung A53 to ensure that the headset audio output is enabled and set as the default audio device. Look for any specific settings related to audio output or USB-C connectivity that may affect the compatibility of the headset.
