Poly Focus 2 audio quality issues

Hello,

I recently purchased a Poly Focus 2 with the USB-C BT700 dongle. I'm using Windows 11 on a Dell laptop powered with an Intel i7-11800H processor.

I am experience a terrible audio issue. When I hear voice or sound playing, there is an audible echo or reverberation that follows every sound. It's almost as if there is a digital signal processor attempting to make it sound like the audio is in a large room (with echo) or a cathedral. It's extremely annoying is and making is somewhat difficult to hear other people when on video calls.

I've looked through the documentation but I can't find anything in regards to audio reverberation or audio processing of any sort.

I do have a Plantronics Focus UC as well and the audio on that is super crisp connected to a BT600 on the same PC. So something is unique to the Focus 2 and BT700 combo.

Anybody have any advice on how to resolve this issue? I'm going to give it a few days and then return the product if I can't resolve this.

Thanks in advance!

Matt
