Hi,

Is there any way to disable the audio cues without installing the Poly hub software? This type of headset is often used in corporations where it is not possible to install additional software, having this audio enabled by default is such a poor design choice! I mean, who designed this item has no idea of what it means to attend a call and lose what the other attendees are saying just because of the voice notifying you that you just muted yourself. If there is no option to do it without software (e.g. long press specific button) I will have to return them back and buy from a company that is actually aware of how to design a usable headset. I wonder if Poly made any market research to check how many people actually want this feature on by default.
