If you can’t join us in person, consider these three key principles to when designing the workspaces for your organization:

  1. Create an ecosystem of workspaces. Regardless your current workforce profile, things will inevitably change, so it’s important to incorporate open, huddle, large meeting, and single occupant workspaces into your floorplan, while working with IT to empower employees to connect securely from anywhere and with any device to create their own workspace.
  2. Build a consistent (positive) experience. For staff, this means new technology fits intuitively into existing workflows, it always just works, and there is a common experience regardless of device. For IT administrators, this means fast, simple deployment, deep interoperability, and rich analytics.
  3. Consider the workflow. In order to drive prolific adoption, collaboration should be accessible to everyone, customizable to adapt to personal work styles and transformative. When these important features are in place and executive sponsors and project leaders start integrating the collaboration solutions into daily activities, the result is an exceptional place to work.

Join us in New York City on April 1st where Jim Lundy of Aragon Research will lead a discussion on the workplace of the future.
