Faced with one problem that treads solutions, otherwise it is impossible to work.
So. We have:
Studio telepresence, Polycom RPX 200. HDX 8000 codecs. One of the codecs failed the camera input connector (by default, are connected to the HDCI 2 input connector). The image is there but it comes in pink color and with frequent pink dots on the ekarn.
The camera was checked on the second codec, fully functional.
How to change the input connector on the codec from the second to the first and connect the camera from the studio to it in order to restore normal operation?
