RPD No picture from logitech c270 cam

Hello.

No picture from camera. only black screen. in call no video sent.

if off camera on RPD, when send picture will ok

OS - Windows 10 x64 corp

RPD version 3.7 or 3.5.1

cam - logitech HD c270

any idea's ?

Does the camera work with other software?

What video graphics card do you have?

Do you have the latest graphics drivers?

Is some other application holding the camera hostage? Saw that before and solution was to install an application that allowed multiple applications to access the camera at the same time. Trying to find that application now.

yes, camera worning in skype for business client.

a don't know about graphic card and drivers version.

this PC was update from win 8 to windows 10, may it a bug?

any other application not use the camera. 

application allowed multiple applications to access the camera at the same time is good idea.

p.s. in other PC with win10 other c270 working fine :)

What if you switch the cameras on the PC's to see if the problem follows the camera or PC?

i fixed it :)

antrivirus program "kaspersky antivirus"  block access to video stream from camera for PRD.
