REAL PRESENCE DESKTOP GLOBAL PROFILE ON SHARE COMPUTER
Running RPD standalone version 3.4.1. I want to be able to configure one profile on a share computer that multiple people login on ... The ICON shows up on everyones desktop but how do I configure the RPD for one profile??? Workstation is a windows 7. Thank you.

For standalone RPD, the configuration is per device not per user, since license is required per installed device. So with the shared computer, though user signs in with own account but the configuration is set and shown for that computer’s RPD.
