Polycom OTX 300 registering to Cisco CUCM enabling TIP 3-screen
I am struggling to get a Polycom OTX 300 working with 3-screens using TIP when registered with Cisco CUCM. Each Polycom HDX Codec registers fine to CUCM, and if I place a call it connects a single screen to the center HDX codec. The call never uses all three screens?

According to the Polycom SQA lab:
We are running CUCM 10.5.2 / CTS 1.10.13 (5) / OTX 3.1.8. There has to be a configuration issue. Run the telepresence tool again and also compare the secondary codec settings to the primary.
