I am trying to use the people+content ip with a realpresence debut. Cannot connect, does it work with that model. I have a group series polycom on the same network, it works
People + Content IP (PPCIP) is not supported with Debut.
The recommendation is to use RPD (RealPresence Desktop) v3.6 for that type of content sharing. It is supported on the Debut.
