I hope you are having a good day so far.
I am currently experiecing an issue of where 2 OTX suites will not connect in TP mode when a call is made point to point?
When these 2 tp suites join a call on our bridge system they do not have a problem.
We are operating these via a DMA system, and going through the DMA logs for one of the systems i see that the DMA logs advise that the call is cancelled, codec 2 & 3 will not join the call but codec 1 will join the call with the far end codec 1 system
However when the far end call the local TP system TP mode works without a problem?
Any advice that you can give will be greatly appreciated.
