CMA Desktop Mac Problem connecting to server.

I live in Korea and I am trying to setup a connection for an interview I have back in America.  I have the CMA downloaded for my mac and I try to sign in but it says " unable to connect to provisioning server."  I would apperciate help in this matter.

What have you entered as the provisioning server?  A VBP-ST box is required to connect into the CMA Server otherwise the Mac client will need a VPN tunnel to the network where the CMA server is located.  If a VPN, then just input the IP Address of the CMA server.
