AES encryption through Cisco RBF

When AES encryption is off, connections are going through without any problem, but when AES encryption is activated wether it is required or when available, I am suspecting that firewall is blocking my connection, I am using cisco router based firewall.

Re: AES encryption through Cisco RBF

Hello ramisawaqed,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Is there in any way a Polycom device involved?

If yes please provide the exact details and the software version used.

If not I can only recommend to contact Cisco.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
