I have to issues with my Poly 20.
1. When I use bluetooth connection (w/o dongle) the teams button does not work. This is not a big issue, as it works with USB connected (which is my major case), But I wanted to ask if there's a solution for this.
2. (and more severe) Besides the teams via BT thingy the Sync 20 worked perfectly for a few weeks. But since today the mute button suddenly won't work anymore (not via BT nor via USB). When I click "mute" in Teams it gets handed to the Sync 20 and LEDs become red, but when I click "mute" on the Sync 20 it beeps but nothing happens. Same with unmute.
I checked firmware updates, but there's nothing new available.
I hope to find a solution for this, because finding the mute/unmute in Teams with many windows open really annoys me.
