I have a Poly sync 20 Teams certified w/o USB Dongle connected via USB-A cable to a Lenovo Ideapad 5. Poly Hub is installed and I am running Windows 11.

I have tried out different version of Teams (Personal, Small Business) but I can't get the dedicated purple Teams button to work. When pressed it flashes 3x and that's it. While I managed to get the LED strip to glow green when in a call and to glow red when muted, the Teams button never works and stays dark. What am I doing wrong? Do I have the wrong Teams software? The one I use in the office witrh different hardware has "device settings" under "settings". The Teams I use at home only let's you choose and configure devices while in a call. But I can't seem to get a different version.

I returned the device because I was convinced it was broken but the replacement has the same behavior. I don't get it. The Teams-Button does nothing. On my business laptop it is lit purple. On my personal notebook it is not even lit. Answer/End call button the same. Lit on my business PC, dark on my personal PC. No function whatsoever. Ony thing that seems to be doing what it should is the lightbar that glows green on my business laptop and the mute button syncs with teams. No light and no sync on my personal PC.

By the way I am connected via a hub and USB-A (Lenovo Monitor) but I also tried a direct connection and tried Bluetooth with the same results.

I installed the Poly lens software on my personal Laptop and get the red info banner "Network connectivity is not available. Some features may be limited until connection is restored." What does that mean? My internet connection is always on and quite fast. No dropouts or packet losses.
