I need some help. I Recently purchased a brand new HDX 9004, Camera and Mic for our training facility. System is working and made several point to point calls. Does the options (mulitpoint, P+C, P on C, and 8MP) in the unit come enabled when its new? If not what the proper way to enble the optons?

As a rule you receive the unit without the option enabled and the paper sheet(s) with the printed License Key(s). You have to get the Key Code >>> here <<< entering the License Key along with the serial number of the system. Then you need to apply this Key Code to the unit in System -> Admin Settings -> General Settings -> Options.
