only picture from a local device eather on tablet and PC

Hello,

I have desktop and tablet versions of Polycom RealPresence. I need to connect from the tablet to PC. But when I connect I see only picture from a local device eather on tablet and PC.

PC has Windows 7 x64 and RealPresence of version 3.7.0, antivirus and Windows Firewall is off. Tablet is ASUS ZenPad 8.0 with Android 6.0.1 and mobile connection.

Also PC in the corporate network with the firewall of Kerio. It has a rule for a port forwarding (screenshot at the attachment; and the second screenshot shows all ports).

I can succesfully connect from another PC to my PC with this firewall settings. Which changes I should make to do video calls from the tablet to the PC?

Hello awrow,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Do you have any other Polycom infrastructure or just RPD / RPM?

You would need your local network team to setup a wireshark trace on the tablet and the other end of the WiFi to see where you drop the packets.

This is a firewall / network issue.
