Have you got some more information on the system you are trying to connect to?
I do not understand your reference "As per tech, i have to turn the audio encryption on"
Could you elaborate a bit more on this ?
Our Real Presence Mobile Software supports the H.323 industry Standard and the release notes explain what difference there is between standalone or provisioned version.
