I tried calling our HDX8000 B using my iPhone with Polcom's PrealPresense software. The call goes through but nobody can see me. I see them but video from my phone to the HDX is not visible. I'm using AT&T U-verse wifi.
Coworker in other office up north has an iPhone 5 with Verizon and it worked without a problem. Using Wifi and 4g.
Any ideas what could be different? I recently downloaded the newest update for Polycom's RealPresenence so I know iPhone 5 is supported now.
