iPad and HDX8000

Hi,

a client has a HDX8000 stand alone version, that is, no CMA or any other management software from Polycom.

My question is: what is needed in order to an iPad to connect to the HDX8000?

I mean, from the point of view of licensing.

Many thanks

Oliver

Re: iPad and HDX8000

Hello Oliver,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Real Presence Mobile support page => here <= lists the difference between standalone and provisioned mode in the relevant release notes.

Calling the HDX or RPM within the same network via IP address will just work (depending on firewall rules) and no additional licenses are needed.
