I have had RPM on my Xoom for a few months and I have used it for many video calls. About 2 weeks ago I performed an update on the tablet and now every time I try to open RPM I get a message that states "Unfortunately the video has stopped working". I have rebooted the tablet, forced the app to stop and it still gives me this error. I tried to update the app and it is now saying it is not supported for my device. Have the supported devices changed or is this due to the update?

Have you by any chance upgraded from Ice Cream Sandwich to Jelly Bean?

 

Jelly Bean is currently not supported to major changes within the OS. Our Engineering Team is aware and are working on a fix. I have no date for this yet.

I went and checked and i did upgrade to Jelly Bean - that explains the issue. Thanks for the quick reply I will try to roll back to Ice Cream Sandwich and get the app woring again.
