I'm unable to place SIP calls from the directory from RealPresence Mobile (3.10.1-71327) via iPhones and iPads. There's no call or add to favorite buttons on either device to place a call. I tested on an Android phone (Samsung Note 10 with RPM version 3.10.1-71327) and the add to contacts and call buttons were present.
I spent hours searching the Polycom forums for answers and came up empty. Has any one come across this issue? Was this feature removed in RPM just for Apple products? Is this a glitch or bug. Can someone please assist?

Are you using this with a Poly appliance like RPRM or is this a standalone installation? In addition to my knowledge, the latest supported version for iPhone/iPad is 3.11.1-72381

----------------Thanks for the reply Steffan. We are not using RPRM. This is a standalone installation and we're using Pexip as a video provider. You are correct as the latest supported version for iPhone/iPad is 3.11.1-72381. I tested the iPhone with version 3.11.1-7238 and Android with version 3.10.1-71327.
