When using Ipad 2 real presence app in contacting company in Mass. from Florida, they can see me and hear me, however, I cannot see or hear them.

Are you on a 3G connection with your iPad or WiFi? If WiFi are you behind a wireless router/firewall that may need to be configured to allow the traffic?

HI, i got the same problem with my IPAD2 IOS 6.0.1but my WIFI is not blocked for firewall, another sugessstion. TKS

We will need a lot more details to be able to assist in this issue you are having.  Can you please answer the questions below?

 

  1. Is you IPAD registered to a gatekeeper and or a provisioning server?
  2. What type of device are you calling to? 
  3. Is your IPAD2 running IOS 6.0 trying to call the far end device while connected to WiFi or 3/4G?
  4. Can you explain in details the exact steps you are taking and how is it failing?
  5. If you need a test number to dial you can dial one of the test sites located at the link below.  I would test with the HDX 8000 at 140.242.250.205
