Hello,

I used an Ipad IOS 6.1.3 with RealPresence 2.3 and HDX7000 software 3.1.1.2 and the smart pairing utility failed.

I follow the step for activate the smart pairing for the HDX7000.

In the RealPresence software, I see the IP adress of the HDX7000 but when I try the smartpairing, it doesn't work.

Can you help me to resolve this problem and check the parameter for this ?

Cyril

is the iPad on the same network as the HDX ?   Can you call/browse to the HDX from the iPad ?  This is required for Smartpairing...

Make sure that Port 24 (Telnet) support is enabled.  That is required for smartpairing to work..

Good luck,

The telnet port 24 is enbled and I can connect the HDX with a telnet session

I can pass these commands :

systemsetting get telnetenabled

systemsetting telnetenabled True

systemsetting get  uspairingenable
systemsetting uspairingenabled auto
