Dear team,
Customer is having Samsung S8 model running on Android version 9 and he downloaded the Polycom real presence Mobile app from play store. He is using mobile 4G net and trying call H.323 to polycom endpoint but he is unable to dial out (nothing happen while clicking dial button). However other android mobiles are able to connect. We have tried uninstall and reinstall the application but same result.
Is there any combability issue with this mobile, software or version? please suggest.
