The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1" does not run the RealPresence Mobile 3.0 application.
This is caused by the processor used by the device being different to the majority of Android devices and not supported by the RPM application.
Polycom will disable download of the applcation from the Playstore until we can develop the necessary software to address the issue.
If you have tried to download the application to this device please add a comment to this discussion thread to help us prioritize the effort to address this issue.

----------------Hello
I have downloaded the Real Presence App from the PlayStore onto my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 today but it does not open. The version I have downloaded is 3.1.1 and the concern is, as a company, we are looking to use Samsung Tabs instead of iPads but this App is a necessity.
Please advise if there is any configuration required to get this working?
Many thanks in advance
Ross

Hello Kenneth Rampa,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1" is utilizing an Intel chipset which we currently have no plans of supporting.
If this is a major issue for your company utilizing your existing Polycom infrastructure I can only suggest to bring this up with your Polycom sales contact.
