Realpresence Mobile Automatic Pairing with Endpoin...

Hi All,

I have a CMA and RMX environment with a couple of HDX and VSX devices.

I have now implemented Realpresence Mobile and Desktop as well.

I am able to setup manual pairing on the realpresence mobile on the ipad but not automatic pairing.

Does anyone have a deployment document or just the configuration on how to get automatic pairing to work with a realpresence mobile device?

Hello SpattieBall,

the automatic pairing only works with HDX's running a 3.1 Hotfix or later.

As far as I am aware this needs to be requested via Polycom support.

Later today the new HDX 3.1.1 Software should be released which should contain the automatic paring facility as well.
