RealPresence Mobile - Tablet (Android)

Does anyone know why the "Place Call" (H.323) feature in the contacts of the application would be present in only one tablet running the same version of Android 7.0 as the other? Both are using the same version of the RealPresence Mobile app.

Hello @arice82,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used  Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

In addition could we get some details as:

 

  • Model and Make of the Tablet used
  • Is this a standalone setup or are you using any Polycom infrastructure products like RPRM etc.?

The RealPresence Mobile - Tablet application version being used by both tablets is version 3.8.

- Tablet 1 is an Dragon Touch V10 running Andorid version 7.0

- Tablet 2 is an iRulu eXpro 4 Max running Andorid version 7.1

 

These are standalone products in our environment.
