There is a known issue with RPD Mac version 3.0 on Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks,

 

RPD does not display detailed information of the person from a directory search.
This means if the user searches for a person from directory OR views a contact from the local contact book  OR creates a contact from recent call list, then clicks to check detailed information of the person, all fields are blank. The user is unable to perform related operations, for example make a call.
 
If user want to create a contact manually, some fields are missing. So user can’t create contact.
 
Polycom is working on a plan to address this issue.
