Hi

 

I have a realpresence desktop 3.0  license on my laptop, when i try to share a content, i click on icon but i don't have any option and i can't share application or screen. What's my problem??

 

Please help me

Hi Cegeprik,

Are you trying to send content during a vc call or are you trying to show content locally (Smart Pairing)?

Please have a look at the Polycom Realpresence Desktop Help, which can be found here.

Hi

With the smart pairing it's ok but during a VC call don't work, i look the relpresence help but when i click on content sharing, i don't have any option...

 What kind of vc system is on the far site / in the call?

thanks for the screeny. Does the problem occur also with other endpoints in a call or only with this hdx 8000?
