Hi,
I have installed the polycom software for both Iphone and desktop computer.
I have dialed in and got connected sucessfuly to my company Polycom video conference facility using both Iphone and destop computer.
I can get the audio sound and able to see the video on my end. But not able to see the video on the partcipant. end.
Is it due to bandwidth issue or it;s got to do with my setting? Can anyone help?
